1:1 VIP Coaching Services & Resources

  • Moving forward in your career is all about having the right support and strategies. That’s where I come in. I’ll help you with everything from advocating for promotions and raises, doing the research you need, and boosting your confidence. I’ll also help you perfect your presentations, organize meeting agendas, and brainstorm ways to effectively mentor your team.

With the right guidance, you can navigate your career journey successfully and with confidence.

  • We'll work together to trace your career story - from where you've been to where you are going.

I'll help you pull out your greatest strengths, talents, and passions to create targeted versions of your resume. This will be effective in your job search by showcasing your areas of expertise and matching the needs of the roles you’re applying for.

I will walk you through the process of understanding how Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) works. This is necessary to ensure your resume will be seen by the hiring manager, and together, we will create resumes specific to the roles you desire.

  • LinkedIn has changed dramatically in the last two years - whether you’re brand new to LinkedIn or a regular user, I know all of the ins and outs and can show you numerous new strategies that we can employ to make this platform work for you.

Let’s optimize LinkedIn and make positive impressions on potential new employers, business partners, clients, and new collaborators.

  • I have a unique approach to interview preparation and strategy that has proven successful for hundreds of my clients.

Going through the interview preparation and strategy sessions will help ease your stress, empower you, and boost your confidence.

We begin by thinking of an interview as a meeting. This ensures you are able to view the experience as a mutual exchange, which can help ease nerves.

  • We will work together to create an effective salary negotiation strategy.

This process will happen closer to the end of your coaching.

We will practice together until you feel fully confident in advocating for yourself in the salary and benefits package you deserve.

  • Ready to advocate for the title, compensation, and recognition you’ve earned? I’ll help you build a confident, well-supported case for promotion—grounded in both your measurable impact and your professional growth.

We’ll start by comparing your original job description with what you were hired to do, what you actually do, and what you believe you should be doing next. Then, we’ll develop a revised job description that reflects the full scope of your work, your leadership, and the value you bring—paired with a market-informed salary range supported by current data.

This process includes salary research, accomplishment mapping, and the creation of talking points, proposals, or even full presentations for leadership. You’ll gain not just the materials, but the mindset and language to advocate for yourself with clarity and confidence.

We’ll also address any internal resistance that comes up—like Impostor Syndrome or the urge to “be grateful instead of ask for more”—so you can speak from a place of truth and self-worth, not hesitation.

  • Those who master the art of personal branding know the positive impact it can have — not only for your job search, but for your overall career.

Together, we’ll explore career development, job search strategy, and leadership growth in a way that aligns with your energy, communication style, and values. We’ll learn more about your specific neurodivergent traits, explore your significant strengths, and identify how to move forward with confidence — in environments that align with who you are and how you thrive.

Commitment & Calendar Policy

When you purchase a package, you’re not just booking coaching sessions — you're reserving a dedicated space in my calendar for the full duration of your package.

Because I work intensively with a limited number of clients, purchasing a package may mean others are placed on a waitlist. That’s why each package comes with a clear expiration timeframe. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within that period - unused hours expire at the end of the term. Special arrangements may be made for an unexpected life event.

This protects your momentum, your transformation, and your investment - and ensures I can serve every client during the timeframe they have reserved.

You’re free to choose your cadence - weekly, every other week, monthly or based on need - as long as it fits within the package time frame.
