Known as Little Sir or alternatively, Little Boy. The smallest of the group at 48 pounds, he has the loudest opinions. He also thinks he’s the boss (he’s not). Leo is a love bug and fiercely loyal to our clients.
Milo Thomas

DIRECTOR OF COMPANY CULTURE AND STAFF WELL-BEING

Often referred to as Milo Toms or Brownie Boy. The sunshine of the team - empathetic, smart, and always ready for scritch scratchies. Morale is his specialty and he is deeply committed to your success.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY & PEOPLE RELATIONS‍ ‍

Affectionately known around the office as Bubba Boy, this great big boy is here for emotional support. Always ready for a snuggle and a nap, you will find him snoring during meetings. That way, he’s there if you need him.

Milo and Leo were officially hired and onboarded in July 2022 and have been part of the Career Savvy Coaching team ever since. Cooper joined in January 2024, rounding out the team with his calm, steady presence. All three enjoy multiple dog beds, premium napping spots, and being sung to throughout the workday.

This highly treat-motivated group occasionally makes guest appearances to confirm their ongoing commitment to morale. Their attention span may be short, but their enthusiasm for client wins is genuine.

They take their roles seriously, even if they remain deeply invested in front-door activity and delivery notifications.

Together, they provide steady encouragement, comic relief when needed, and a constant reminder that no one has to navigate change alone.

Our dogs are shelter rescues from Make A Difference and Friends of Detroit Animal Care & Control.
