Hi! I’m Heather Coleman-Voss, owner of Career Savvy Coaching.

Here’s a little bit about me, my philosophy, my beliefs, and my areas of expertise.

I believe some of us simply know when it’s time to move forward.

We are compelled to reassess our talents, strengths, and expertise and finally understand our value and worth.

For the last 18 years, I have had the privilege of helping many wonderful people make transitions in their careers and lives. Every person I work with has their own individual journey to navigate, which requires a unique pathway that suits their current wants and needs. If you’re here, I believe you are ready to invest in yourself.

Committing to a career or life change is an act of personal growth, and I’m proud of you for considering taking this step with me. You already have the tools to succeed, and I am here to teach you how to empower yourself to do so every step of the way.

My Beliefs

It’s important to me that you know that I am a passionate advocate for human rights, social justice, diversity, inclusion, and equity for all. I support the LGBTQIA+ community. Black lives matter. Transgender clients are safe with me. You are important.

Career Savvy Coaching

Previously an educator, I began working in the career development field in 2006 and launched Career Savvy Coaching in 2010. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with local governments, business owners, human resource professionals, staffing agencies, and recruiters.

Over the years, I have personally trained thousands of people in every aspect of career search, personal branding, resume writing, interviewing, networking, leadership, establishing and implementing boundaries, self-esteem repair, and much more.

Through my work, it became obvious that many clients have struggled with toxic workplace cultures and abusive bosses. As a survivor myself, I realized that narcissistic abuse mirrors the same patterns in the workplace as it does in the home.

I’ve dedicated the last several years to become trauma-informed and well-educated in narcissistic abuse and trauma recovery. If you are in a toxic situation or environment, I can help you move forward.

I’m currently receiving my Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician Training (NATC) with Dr. Ramani Durvasula, to be completed in 1/2024.
