Frequently Asked Questions

  • Working with me means stepping into a supportive, confidential space where you can speak openly and truly exhale. Nothing is too big, too small, or too complicated to bring here. I meet you where you are, and together we build the clarity and foundation you need to move forward with confidence.

You’ll gain an empathetic partner who listens deeply, asks insightful questions, and helps you stay accountable to your growth. My role is to help you see your strengths clearly, understand what’s holding you back, and take purposeful action toward your goals. And yes, we have fun along the way!

Our sessions blend brainstorming, strategy, mindset work, and practical next steps. You’ll consistently leave with a tangible sense of progress, and the reassurance that you’re not doing it alone.

  • My ideal client knows, deep down, that it’s time for a change. They’re ready to be valued for their expertise, paid what they deserve, and supported as they step into the next phase of their career. Many come to me wanting help rebuilding confidence, especially after toxic workplaces, but they’re committed to investing in themselves and doing the work.

My clients know they’ve outgrown something - a role, a workplace, an old version of themselves - and they’re ready to step into their next chapter with confidence, clarity, and a little fire.

  • As a trauma-informed coach, I understand how ADHD, CPTSD, anxiety, and other neurodivergent traits show up in real professional environments. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who mask well, take on too much, and burn out quietly. They don’t need to be fixed. They need a coach who understands how their brain works so their strengths can lead instead of their stress.

My approach adapts to your focus style, energy patterns, and processing needs. We create structure without rigidity, clarity without overwhelm, and strategies that match how you operate. The result is more confidence, less mental load, and a set of tools you can actually use in the environments where you want to thrive. (And, I’m neurodivergent myself, so there’s that!)

  • Your sessions are dedicated time for your growth and clarity. The environment is relaxed and human - feel free to get comfortable, bring a snack, and settle in. This is your space to think, reflect, and talk openly without any formality.

We usually begin with a loose plan based on your goals, but I’m extremely flexible. If something urgent comes up or your priorities shift, we can pivot immediately. Career development isn’t linear, and your coaching should meet you where you are in that moment.

Each meeting focuses on what will move you forward that day - whether that’s resume development, job search strategy, leadership challenges, confidence rebuilding, boundary-setting, or navigating workplace dynamics.

Insight and progress come naturally through humor, real conversation, and genuinely connecting as we work. My clients often tell me they feel lighter, clearer, and more focused by the end of each session. You will leave every meeting feeling like you’ve accomplished something meaningful and with practical next steps to keep your momentum going.

  • You don’t need to be. I’ve seen every type of resume across every industry — from old Word templates to hyper-creative designs and everything in between. I’m not looking at the formatting or judging the presentation. I simply need the information inside: your work history, key accomplishments, and anything we can build on.

Most clients tell me they feel nervous about sharing their resume, especially if it hasn’t been updated in years or doesn’t reflect who they are now. That is completely normal. My job is to take the resume stress off your plate entirely. You send me what you have, in whatever shape it’s in, and I’ll work my wizardry from there.

Your old resume is the foundation we use to shape the next chapter of your career with clarity and confidence.

And if you don’t have a resume at all? That’s absolutely fine too - we’ll get to create something brand new together. A resume that represents you, and where you are heading.

  • No preparation is required. Just bring yourself (and a snack if you’re hungry!)

If we’re starting with life or trauma recovery coaching, we begin with a conversation. I listen, learn more about what’s going on for you, and help you identify supportive next steps. You don’t need to bring anything — just yourself.

If you’re beginning job search or career advancement work, we start with a Personal Branding and Career Identity session. At the end, you will receive a small amount of “homework” designed to fit easily into your busy schedule.

Regardless of the focus, your coaching time is tailored to help you make meaningful progress without any pressure to show up “perfectly prepared.”

  • All sessions are scheduled through Calendly, where you can choose the times that work best for you from my available openings. Clients can book up to two sessions per week, which gives us a steady rhythm and keeps the work focused without feeling rushed or overwhelming.

If something urgent comes up and there are no available spots in my calendar, you are welcome to email me. If I receive a cancellation or have room to shift something, I will do my best to get you in.

  • Yes. The Bronze - Platinum packages are designed to support the full scope of your growth. Everyone is different, so we customize your sessions based on your specific needs.

We start with clear goals and a loose plan, but as we work, you may discover deeper confidence, mindset, or boundary challenges that need attention too. When that happens, we can shift effortlessly between practical work like resumes or LinkedIn and deeper tools like inner child work or the Five Whys of Fear without losing momentum.

The flexibility ensures we address whatever is most important in moving you toward your goals, whether that’s strategy, healing, clarity, or all of the above.

  • Yes, absolutely. Clients are welcome to email me up to once a day - to reach out with updates, questions, or to share issues needing my support. I respond within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.

Some situations really require a 1:1 talk, so updating me and then scheduling/requesting an additional session are encouraged. I’m here to support you between your regular sessions - you are not navigating things alone.

  • This happens often! When you accept a new role, we simply shift the focus to your First 90 - 180 Days. Our work turns toward leadership support, setting boundaries in a new environment, building early wins, addressing the imposter syndrome, navigating team dynamics, strengthening confidence, and establishing healthy self-care habits while you adjust to your new position.

Most clients actually plan for this by choosing packages with a little extra room built in, knowing they’ll want support as they transition into a new role.

Existing clients can add 3-hour blocks at the current Silver package discount rate without committing to a larger package - unless they choose to.

  • Payment and Commitment
Packages require full payment upfront to reserve your coaching time and secure your spot in my calendar for the duration of your package. When you enroll, that time is held specifically for you. Because your coaching time is reserved in advance, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. This is a commitment we make to one another.

    Payment Options
You can pay by credit card or through financing programs such as Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal Credit. I invoice through Stripe, and via PayPal upon request.

  • Each package has a clear expiration date, and all hours must be used before that date.

It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions through Calendly. Booking sessions in a reasonable timeframe is important, as availability is not guaranteed when scheduling at the last minute.

I encourage my clients to book ahead to get their preferred spot - you can always reschedule through Calendly up to five minutes before your session. Each package includes three complimentary reschedules to give you flexibility while keeping the coaching flow consistent. (Arrangements can be made for extenuating circumstances!)

If you’re running late, please send me an email. With notice, we’ll use the remaining session time. If ten minutes pass without contact, the appointment is considered a no-show and counts against your package time so I can offer the slot to clients on my waiting list.

  • Email is the only communication method I monitor throughout the day. I get those notifications on my phone and computer, which I check frequently.

I strive to respond within 24 business hours Monday through Friday (unless sick, on vacation, or experiencing an emergency).

Please note: While I’m active on social media, those inboxes are not monitored for client communication due to the amount of spam received.
