How it works: Your package includes 16 hours of customizable coaching time. Because high-level work requires deep focus, you can choose between 60-minute strategy sessions, 90-minute deep dives, or 120-minute planning blocks as your energy and goals evolve.
1:1 Coaching Includes:
16 hours of one-on-one coaching, to be completed within 12 months
Saturday Access: Access to limited Saturday appointments to accommodate your schedule.
Personalized Help: We will use your hours for any of my career services—from resumes and LinkedIn to leadership support—to build a plan that works for you.
A Flexible Plan: We’ll create a list of goals and update them as your priorities change.
Full Library Access: Lifetime access to all my guides and workbooks.
Email Support: This is for quick check-ins and follow-ups between our calls. I respond within 24–48 business hours to make sure I can give you a thoughtful reply.
Closing Session: A final check-in call after our hours are finished to make sure you're feeling good about your progress.
